khloezkookiez is currently only offering local pick-up at designated locations selected during checkout. Shipping is not available at this time. If you're unable to pick up at one of the available locations, we kindly encourage you to wait until additional pick-up locations become available in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. khloezkookiez sells freshly baked food items, which cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once prepared or delivered.

No Refunds or Returns

khloezkookiez does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to consume the product.

Delivery & Pickup Confirmation

Once an order has been successfully delivered or picked up, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. khloezkookiez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled items after delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for delivered food items. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with proof of fulfillment, and customers who initiate chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
